SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our shipping and return policies were designed with our customers in mind. Each package is shipped with our utmost care with the hope that our products are received with joy and excitement!
SHIPPING POLICY
Rates and shipping times are listed at checkout.
If your items are coming directly from The Studio, they will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders placed Monday-Friday by 5pm will be processed within 1-2 business days. Any orders placed between Friday at 5pm and Monday at 9am will be processed after Monday at 9am.
Depending on when you place your order and the delivery method you use, it may take 2-12 days after shipment to arrive. If you need your order sooner and are in the U.S., expedited shipping methods are available. At this time we are not processing international orders.
Orders coming from our Suppliers will have a provided tracking number and will be shipped separately from The Studio products (our in-house cards).
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us! We think you're going to love what you get, or we will replace it with something you will.
If you don't love with your selection, we will be happy to replace it with something that you do. Send an email to emma@bungalowhousestudio.com with your order number in the subject line and share a brief explanation of why this piece did not suit your taste.
If the product arrives damaged, we will replace it for you free of charge. Send an email to emma@bungalowhousestudio.com with the order number in the subject line and a photo of the damaged product(s). We will replace your product(s) as soon as possible.
Please initiate any return within 14 days of receiving the product by emailing emma@bungalowhousestudio.com. Please note that the shipping cost of the original order is non-refundable.
All sales are final. All orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled.
