Custom watercolor painting of your home: Our customized home watercolor paintings are not just ordinary artworks; they are cherished keepsakes that will be treasured for generations to come.

What's Included?

  • An Original 8X10 or 11x14 painting of your home on watercolor paper
  • Painting will be complete within 2-3 months after an approved picture is sent
  • Matte and Frame not included

How it works:

  1. Select your desired custom painting size. Please note that if your home is exceptionally detailed or if you ask for additional services, we may request additional payment per conversation with the artist.

    1. 8"x10" custom home painting starts at $200

    2. 11"x14" custom home painting starts at $500

  2. When your purchase is complete you have snatched a timeline. After you have made your painting purchase and submitted an approved photo, your completed painting will be shipped to you within 2-3 months
  3. Our artist will reach out to you. You will receive an email from emma@bungalowhousestudio.com within our standard processing time to gather any additional information such as house color, additional details desired to be captured, etc.
  4. If you would like your home painting turned into custom Christmas Cards, this service is available to you as well. Indicate your interest as yes or no and we will follow up with you about pricing options!

Please note a portion of our home custom watercolor paintings go toward the Christian  non-profit, Family Hope. Our prices are not increased rather our artist has chosen to donate a portion of her profit to go toward a ministry she is passionate about. Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Rates and shipping times are listed at checkout.

If your items are coming directly from The Studio, they will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders placed Monday-Friday by 5pm will be processed within 1-2 business days. Any orders placed between Friday at 5pm and Monday at 9am  will be processed after Monday at 9am.

Depending on when you place your order and the delivery method you use, it may take 2-12 days after shipment to arrive. If you need your order sooner and are in the U.S., expedited shipping methods are available. At this time we are not processing international orders.

Orders coming from our Suppliers will have a provided tracking number and will be shipped separately from The Studio products (our in-house cards & Art Prints).

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us!

If the product arrives damaged, we will replace it for you free of charge. Send an email to emma@bungalowhousestudio.com with the order number in the subject line and a photo of the damaged product(s). We will replace your product(s) as soon as possible.

Please initiate any return within 14 days of receiving the product by emailing emma@bungalowhousestudio.com. Please note that the shipping cost of the original order is non-refundable.

All sales are final. All orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled.
