Tuesday Encouragement
We’ve been reflecting on how Black-eyed Susans show us such beauty in numbers. We’ve talked about how Black-eyed Susans are actually known to be a quite invasive flower. Spreading their seeds so easily that one small patch can become an entire field of resilient flowers in just a matter of a short time. As I reflect on how deeply I desire to see more and more women come to Christ and be part of this beautiful metaphorical field of flowers. My heart just bursts with so much appreciation and joy for you. Because I know many of you feel the same way too.
I pray that these Tuesday Encouragements bring this same joy to you as it is for me to write them for you. I truly feel the strength of being shoulder to shoulder with you week by week. I’m just a small little “flower” in the midst of a field. But I pray that these little seeds of encouragement help us to grow together. It was the Lord that inspired these Tuesday Encouragements, it has nothing to do with any of my abilities rather than just listening to where I felt him call me. I know that he will bring this work of spreading the Gospel to completion. Will you pray with me that more women will come to know Christ? Not because of any work that I do, but because of the saving power of our good and Heavenly Father.
